For the best generation results, you should upload an image of a completely isolated subject. Any necessary shadows or ground planes should be added in your preferred 3D software after you've downloaded the model.

On your Account page, select the “Cancel Subscription” option. You can also click “Uncancellation” in the same place before the current cycle ends to restore your subscription.

Your credits remain usable until the end of the current billing cycle. You can undo the cancellation anytime before that date to keep your subscription active.

• Credits are the internal currency used on our platform to access the features available in our paid plans (Starter and Advanced). Instead of being limited to a certain number of generations, credits provide a flexible way to use our entire suite of AI tools.
• Each time you generate a model with the Turbo, Pro, or Ultra generators, or use a helper tool like the Background Remover, a specific number of credits is deducted from your account balance. You can see a full breakdown of costs on our pricing page.
• Your account is refilled with credits each month as part of your subscription. If you need more, you can purchase Credit Packs. Please note that all unused credits expire at the end of your monthly billing cycle and do not roll over.

Your monthly subscription credits are always used first. The system will only begin deducting credits from your Credit Pack balance after your subscription credits have been fully used.

You can view your remaining Credit Pack balance in your Account Dashboard. Please note that on the main editor page, you will see your total combined credits (Subscription Credits + Credit Pack Credits).

Yes. Credits from a Credit Pack expire at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you are on a monthly plan, your credit pack balance will reset to zero at the start of the next month.

Yes, in most cases, credits are applied to your account instantly. In rare situations with network delays, it may take a few minutes. If you don't see your credits, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.

• No. We do not offer refunds for Credit Packs. Credit Packs are purchased by subscribers who have already used up their plan's monthly credits. This signifies that you have approved of the product and are purchasing an expansion pack for advanced needs.
• For this reason, these purchases are non-refundable. This policy is also in place to prevent malicious refund requests.

Yes. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities. We do not store or share your uploaded images or artwork. They are used only for the generation process and are automatically and immediately deleted from our servers once your 3D model is created. Generated models are accessible via a shareable link for only one hour before being deleted.

Generated models are only stored temporarily. To protect your privacy, we store your input image and the generated model for one hour. After that, they are permanently deleted. Please download your files promptly after generation is complete.
