No. You must have an active Starter or Pro Plan subscription (either monthly or annual) before you can purchase a Credit Pack.

Your monthly subscription credits are always used first. The system will only begin deducting credits from your Credit Pack balance after your subscription credits have been fully used.

You can view your remaining Credit Pack balance in your Account Dashboard. Please note that on the main editor page, you will see your total combined credits (Subscription Credits + Credit Pack Credits).

Yes. Credits from a Credit Pack expire at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you are on a monthly plan, your credit pack balance will reset to zero at the start of the next month.

Yes, in most cases, credits are applied to your account instantly. In rare situations with network delays, it may take a few minutes. If you don't see your credits, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.

You can use credits from a Credit Pack on all our tools, including the Pro AI 3D Generator, Turbo AI 3D Generator, AI 3D Style Transfer, and AI Background Remover.

No. We do not offer refunds for unused credits in Credit Packs. Since our platform provides an unlimited free trial and credits are typically purchased after you've already used your subscription's quota, you have had ample opportunity to test and evaluate the service.

Yes. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities. We do not store or share your uploaded images or artwork. They are used only for the generation process and are automatically and immediately deleted from our servers once your 3D model is created. Generated models are accessible via a shareable link for only one hour before being deleted.

Generated models are only stored temporarily. Please download your files promptly after generation is complete, as they are deleted from our servers after your session ends or after one hour.

We offer a tiered system to meet different needs:

• Free: Perfect for trying our core technology. It has daily limits based on server load, and exports non-textured models in OBJ format. It's great for testing ideas.
• Turbo: Built for speed and efficiency. It generates a decent-quality, textured model in 20-60 seconds. It's ideal for rapid prototyping where speed is more important than perfect detail.
• Pro: Prioritizes maximum quality and precision. It takes longer (120-180 seconds) but produces professional-grade, high-fidelity textured models with cleaner geometry and more accurate colors. It's designed for final assets ready for commercial use.

The Free generator skips the computationally intensive step of creating textures. Both Turbo and Pro generators analyze your source image to create and apply detailed textures, a key part of the process that requires significantly more processing power and time but results in a much more complete and realistic model.

Yes! Both our Turbo and Pro tiers automatically extract texture information directly from your input image and apply it to the 3D model, saving you from manual UV mapping. The Free version does not include textures.

Yes, the free editor has daily creation limits that can vary based on server traffic during peak hours. The Pro tier offers unlimited generations with priority queue access.

Standard 2D images, especially sketches and flat illustrations, lack the depth, shading, and lighting information that our image to 3D AI needs to create a great 3D model. The Style Transformer is a crucial preprocessing step that converts your flat image into a photorealistic, render-style visual. This "pre-rendered" image guides the main generator, preventing flat or blocky results and dramatically improving the final model's accuracy and quality.

Our AI strives for high fidelity, achieving over 90% accuracy in geometry reconstruction. For the best results, especially with sketches, using the AI 3D Style Transformer first ensures the model's structure and proportions will very closely match your original intent.

A generation might fail for a few reasons:

1. The uploaded image is unclear, low-resolution, or in an unsupported format.
2. The server is experiencing high traffic. Free users may be placed in a queue during peak hours.
3. The image is overly complex or contains elements the AI cannot interpret.
