What is a Credit Pack?
A Credit Pack is an add-on product that provides extra credits on top of your subscription plan. After purchasing a subscription, you can buy Credit Packs within each billing cycle (usually monthly) to generate 3D models using these credits.
Do Credit Packs expire?
Yes, Credit Packs reset and expire when your billing cycle renews. For example: If you have a monthly subscription, your Credit Pack balance will reset at the end of the current month. If you have an annual subscription (which still renews credits monthly), your Credit Pack will reset at the start of the next monthly cycle.
Can I buy a Credit Pack without a subscription?
No. You must first subscribe to either a Starter or Pro Plan (monthly or annual) before purchasing a Credit Pack.
Where can I check my remaining Credit Pack balance?
You can view your remaining Credit Pack credits in your Account Dashboard. Note: On the editor page, you'll only see your total credits (subscription credits + Credit Pack credits combined).
Which credits are used first—subscription or Credit Pack?
Your subscription credits are always used first. Only after they're exhausted will the system deduct from your Credit Pack balance.
Can I get a refund for unused Credit Pack credits?
No. We do not offer refunds for Credit Packs because: The platform already provides unlimited free trials. Credit Packs are typically purchased when you've actively used up your subscription credits, meaning you've had ample opportunity to test the service.
