Core Refund Principle

As a general principle, we do not offer refunds. Our service is built on a “try-before-you-buy” model. We provide a feature-rich free version that gives you ample opportunity to test its core functionalities and assess the quality of the generation results before committing to a purchase. Therefore, once a purchase is made, it is considered that you are satisfied with our service.

Refund Requests Within 3 Days (Exceptional Cases)

We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. For this reason, we offer a 3-day discretionary review period. Your email must include a detailed reason for your refund request, which is essential for our review process. The following conditions apply:

• Partial Refunds: If you have used a portion of your purchased credits before requesting a refund, we will issue a partial refund proportional to the amount of your unused credits.
• Denial of Refund: We reserve the right to deny the refund request if the vast majority (e.g., over 80%) of the credits have been used within the three-day period.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. You can continue to use your remaining services until the cycle ends.

Credit-Pack Purchases

Credit packs are non-refundable. This is because:

• You may purchase a credit pack only after you have an active Starter or Advanced subscription.
• Choosing to buy extra credits is taken as confirmation that you have already approved of the service and need additional volume.
• Unused credits from credit packs do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

Technical Issues

If you are unable to use our service or your credits are incorrectly deducted due to a technical failure on our platform, please contact us immediately. To help us diagnose and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, your email report must include the following information:

• The email address associated with your Imgto3D.ai account.
• Which specific generator you were using (e.g., Free, Turbo, Pro, Ultra).
• A detailed description of the problem, including the steps you took leading up to the error.
• The exact date and approximate time the issue occurred.
• Your browser and operating system version (e.g., Chrome on Windows 11).
• A full-screen screenshot or screen recording of the issue. This is extremely helpful and should clearly show any error messages and the browser's address bar.

If our team verifies the issue, we will compensate you for the lost credits or provide another appropriate solution. A confirmed technical issue does not automatically constitute grounds for a monetary refund.

• Optimize the Input Image: Before uploading, consider using other tools to convert your image into a “3D cartoon style.” Images with this style tend to produce 3D models with cleaner topology and higher quality.
• Use the Ultra Model: If you are a paid user, try our Ultra model. It is trained on higher-quality data and is specifically designed to generate high-fidelity, detailed models, often outperforming the standard model.

Q: Can I get a refund for unused Credit Pack credits?

A: No. As stated above, we do not offer refunds for Credit Packs. These are typically purchased only after you've actively used up your subscription credits, which demonstrates that you have had ample opportunity to test and approve the service quality.
