• Commercial Use: Free-tier accounts may generate and download 3D models for personal or internal business prototyping. Redistribution, resale, or incorporation into commercial products or services offered to third parties requires a Pro subscription or separate written agreement.

Use of the Services

Imgto3D.ai provides an AI-powered 3D-model generator that converts 2D images into 3D models. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not upload or generate content that:

• violates any applicable law or regulation;
• infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right;
• is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
• depicts minors in a sexual manner or promotes violence or discrimination;
• contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

We may—but have no obligation to—remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights in the images you upload. You grant Imgto3D.ai a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license solely for the duration and purpose necessary to convert your image into a 3D model and deliver it to you. This license does not include the right to retain, store, or use your image for training, marketing, or any other purpose.
Our Technology: The Services, including the underlying AI technology and software, are owned or licensed by Imgto3D.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMGTO3D.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

Termination and Data Deletion
